Evraz expands rail deliveries to Africa
Russian steelmaker Evraz’s ZSMK works has produced two new types of rail, SAR48 and SAR57, with parameters according to European standard EN13674-1:2011+A1:2017, Kallanish notes.
The products are intended for public railways and Evraz plans to deliver new rail in lengths from 18 to 60 meters to African countries in 2022.
