Europe boosts Turkey's welded pipe exports in 2017
Turkish welded pipe exports increased 11.4% on-year in 2017, mainly driven by a growth in shipments to Europe, Kallanish notes from the latest Turkish Statistical institute (TUIK) data.
Last year welded pipe exports stood at 1.83 million tonnes. The average value/tonne of these exports rose to $700/t in 2017 from $616/t a year earlier.
