Eurofer welcomes investigation into Chinese wind tower imports
European steelmakers association Eurofer has welcomed the initiation this week of an investigation by the European Commission into the possible dumping of wind towers from China.
Wind towers are mainly built with steel and Eurofer believes this new investigation shows that “…steel-using sectors also need adequate trade remedies”.
