EU postpones deadline for Tata/thyssenkrupp merger again
The deadline for the completion of the Tata Steel Europe/thyssenkrupp merger has been postponed again by the European authorities, Kallanish learns from official statements.
The new deadline is now the 17 June 2019, after a further 7-day extension was announced last week.
