EU launches HR flats probe against five countries
The European Commission (EC) has initiated an anti-dumping (AD) investigation into imports of certain hot rolled (HR) flat steel products from Brazil, Iran, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine.
The EC has launched the probe following a complaint logged by the European Steel Association (Eurofer), it says in a notice in the Official Journal of the European Union monitored by Kallanish.
