EU duties could impact Turkish HRC October arrivals
The European Commission is currently evaluating the possibility of imposing anti-dumping duties on imports of Turkish hot rolled coil. According to the official timetable, provisional duties could become effective from mid-January, but sources note that retroactive measures could impact volumes arrived from October.
