EU distribution shipments keep up recovery
Shipments from European steel distributors continued to recover in April, according to the latest numbers from European distributors’ association Eurometal.
EU27 and UK flat steel service centres (SSC) in April saw their shipments increase some 109% year-on-year and almost 22% on-month. During the first four months of the year the recovery reached almost 18% y-o-y, Eurometal says in a note sent to Kallanish.
