EU approves Arvedi acquisition of AST
The European Commission (EC) has declared the merger between Italian steelmaker Arvedi and thyssenKrupp’s Italian stainless steel facility, Acciai Speciali Terni (AST), “compatible with the internal market and with the EEA Agreement”, it says in a statement.
