EU's Chinese wire rod anti-dumping duty approaches expiry
The existing anti-dumping duties on Chinese wire rod, originally imposed in 2009, could expire in October this year if a formal request for review is not lodged in the coming months. So says the latest statement from the European Commission, monitored by Kallanish.
The duties were imposed in 2009 at the level of 24%, with a special rate of 7.9% for the supplier Valin. These were then confirmed in 2015.
