Essar Steel targets 35% output hike at Pune
Essar Steel plans to raise production 35% on-year at its Pune steelworks to over 625,000 tonnes in the fiscal year through March 2017 (FY17). Pune’s capacity utilisation in the quarter through June 2016 surged to 98%, Kallanish learns from the Indian steelmaker.
