Essar Steel flats output surges in June quarter
Essar Steel recorded a 48% on-year surge in flat steel production in the fiscal quarter through June (FQ1) to 1.22 million tonnes. This was helped by a highest-ever quarterly production of pre-painted galvanized coil, at 78,000t, up 55%.
