Essar pays Minnesota vendors, dodges loan recall
Essar Steel Minnesota has paid $20 million in outstanding vendor fees for its taconite facility under construction in Nashwauk, Minnesota, negating an earlier threat by the state’s governor to call in a $66m loan.
