Essar Steel Algoma is pushing forward with its sale and investment solicitation process after receiving several bids, Kallanish learns from a company release.
The Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario-based Essar Steel Algoma reports that it will now advance to phase two of its bankruptcy reorganization by setting a closing deadline. The prospective bidders and the value of their bids were not identified by the company.
