Egyptian rebar sales plunge 18% in August
Egypt’s domestic rebar sales plunged -18% on-year in August to 526,000 tonnes, while their average price was down -7% to EGP 4,792/tonne ($596.7), Kallanish learns from the latest Central Bank of Egypt (CBE) data.
