EU opposes Chinese WTO dispute panel request
The World Trade Organisation (WTO) said on 21 March that the European Union (EU) has opposed the formation of a so-called dispute panel requested by China. The issue under contention is the 'surrogate country' system which the EU uses to calculate anti-dumping margins, according to Phoenix New Media.
