EU opens anti-dumping investigation into Turkish, Russian HDG
The European Commission has officially announced the opening of an anti-dumping investigation into imports of hot-dip galvanized coil from Turkey and Russia, Kallanish notes.
As widely anticipated, the investigation follows the complaint lodged by steelmakers’ association Eurofer in May. The product subject to review is HDG, excluding stainless steel grades, silicon-electrical steel and high-speed steel.
