EAF at Celsa Nervacero restarts production
The electric arc furnace at Celsa Nervacero’s rebar mill, located in northern Spain, has come back to full operation since the beginning of this week, Kallanish learns from the company.
The plant temporarily suspended steelmaking mid-last week to undergo some maintenance at the mill.
On Monday the company confirmed that the meltshop was operating normally. The mill can produce up to 1 million tonnes/year of crude steel through its EAF.
