Dongbei Special Steel hikes production in 2018
Northern China's Dongbei Special Steel saw steel output achieved substantial growth in 2018, according to local media reports. The steel mill's crude steel and finished steel output was 2.338 million tonnes and 2.173mt last year, representing increases of 72.9% and 73.5% year-on-year respectively, Kallanish notes.
