DMZ’s May steel production falls, coke output increases
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ), part of DCH Group, decreased rolled steel production in May, but coke output was up, the company says.
Production of rolled products fell 27.3% on-month to 7,900 tonnes, but was 7% more on-year, Kallanish notes. In January-May, output reached 30,000t, up by 29% on-year.
