DMZ’s 2020 output decreases due to upgrades
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ, formerly Petrovka), part of DCH Group, reduced production of all iron and steel products in 2020, with crude steel falling the most, Kallanish notes.
DMZ produced 175,000 tonnes of crude steel, down by -73% on-year, and 160,000t of pig iron, less by -71%. Production of rolled products fell by -68% to 140,000t.
