DMZ relaunches rolling mill after overhaul
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ, formerly Petrovka), part of DCH Group, has relaunched rolling shop No.1 after an overhaul, the company says. The plant has rolled the first billet after restarting.
DMZ also launched rolling shop No. 2 after completing repair work and the plant resumed production at the mill 550. “The first billet has already come a long way from a heating furnace to a finished channel,” the company says.
