DMZ significantly decreases steel, pig iron production
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ, formerly Petrovka), part of DCH Group, produced 14,400 tonnes of crude steel in September, down by 50% on-year, Kallanish notes.
In August, the plant produced 24,400t of crude steel, up by 11.2% on-year (see Kallanish passim).
Pig iron output in September decreased by 45.8% to 13,000t and production of rolled products was down by 41% to 13,000t.
