DMZ continues to increase steel, pig iron production
Ukraine's Dneprovskiy Steel Mill (DMZ, formerly Petrovka), part of DCH Group, produced 27,100 tonnes of crude steel in June, up by 108.5% on-year, Kallanish notes.
Pig iron output increased by 37.2% to 24,700t and production of rolled products was more by 115% on-year to 21,500t.
In January-June, DMZ produced 136,100t of crude steel, 148,700t of pig iron and 117,400t of rolled products.
