Luoyuan Minguang approves designs for new converter
Project plans for the construction of a converter designed by China MCC for Luoyuan Minguang Iron & Steel, a subsidiary of Fujian Sangang Steel, passed assessment on 10 May. This means that the building of the converter has now passed into the implementation stage, Kallanish notes.
