DCE reveals rules for overseas iron ore investors
Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) has released a new set of draft rules for iron ore futures trading to cater to overseas investors. DCE says it will initially open iron ore futures trading to institutional investors, especially big iron ore miners, and will later consider opening to individual overseas investors too.
