Ilva sale process sees further delay
The final date set for 8 February for handing the reviewed offers to acquire Italian steelmaker Ilva will be postponed, a source close to the matter tells Kallanish.
“This is due to the legal and technical complexity of the process of putting together the final offers. Both consortiums bidding for Ilva have asked for a postponement of the date and the commission has accepted. The new revised date however, is still being considered,” the source says.&…
