New tungsten rings improve Sidoc bar production
Italian supplier Danieli tells Kallanish it has won an order from Colombian long steelmaker Sidelúrgica del Occidente (Sidoc) for the supply of tungsten carbide rings. These will be installed to improve production quality and rolling processes on the high-speed steel bar finishing line at Sidoc’s Acopi-Yumbo plant.
