Danieli appoints interim chairman
Danieli has appointed vice chairman and chief financial officer Alessandro Brussi as interim chairman. He will remain in office until the shareholders’ meeting called to approve the financial statements, scheduled on 30 June.
This follows the passing away last month of long-serving chairman Gianpietro Benedetti (see Kallanish passim).
Brussi joined Danieli in 1991 and has been a member of the board since 2015.
