Czech miner NWR’s coking coal sales fall in Q3
Czech coal miner New World Resources (NWR) saw its coking coal sales decline to 1.075 million tonnes in the third quarter from 1.103mt in the year-earlier quarter. The average price of these sales, however, rose to €90/tonne from €82/t.
The company’s overall production, including thermal coal, increased to 2.104mt in Q3 from 1.835mt a year earlier, it says in a statement.
