Czech miner NWR’s Q4 coking coal sales fall
Czech coal miner New World Resources (NWR) says its coking coal sales declined to 1.094 million tonnes in the fourth quarter of 2015 from 1.121mt in the year-earlier quarter. The average price of these sales, however, rose to €86/tonne from €84/t.
The company’s overall production, including thermal coal, increased to 2.304mt in Q4 from 2.269mt a year earlier, it says in a statement monitored by Kallanish.
