CSP slab exports hit 42-month low in January
Brazilian slab producer Companhia Siderúrgica do Pecém (CSP) has begun 2021 with a sharp reduction in shipments.
According to data issued by the local port authority, CSP’s January slab exports reached just 136,150 tonnes, down 42.1% on-year compared to 235,094t in the same period of 2020.
