Court orders Ezz arrest for April retrial: reports
The Cairo Criminal Court has ordered the arrest of former Ezz Steel chairman Ahmed Ezz pending his re-trial for profiteering and squandering public funds, according to Egyptian media reports. The retrial has been scheduled for 4 April.
The arrest has also been ordered of former chairman of the Industrial Development Authority Amr Assal in order to stand trial.
