Court again delays Vale’s acquisition of Ferrous Resources
The Brazilian 5th Federal Court has once again delayed its final decision about Vale’s acquisition of fellow iron ore producer Ferrous Resources Limited, Judge Diana Wanderlei says in a note monitored by Kallanish. Brazil’s antitrust body, Cade, had already approved the deal.
