Contractors express labour-law worries to US House committee
Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) has testified before the US House Committee on Small Businesses in negation of President Joe Biden’s wage policies for federal contractors under the Davis-Bacon Act of 1931 and other related laws, Kallanish notes.
