Ilva could get "super commissioner" to sort out problems
Italian steelmaker Ilva’s special Commissioner Gnudi met Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi and the Minister of Economic Development, Federica Guidi late on 3 December to discuss the possibility of state intervention in Ilva’s operation. On the agenda was the possible appointment of a “super commissioner” for the company, with enhanced decision-making powers, Kallanish understands.
