Colombia’s ore, steel shipments fall in July
Colombia saw iron ore and steel exports decrease sharply both on-month and year-on-year in July, according to local statistics institute Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE) data monitored by Kallanish.
July’s steel and iron ore exports amounted to 14,396 tonnes, down by 39.5% or 9,410t over the previous month and 5.9% lower versus 15,291t in the corresponding period of 2021. The value of these exports was $92.8 m…
