Colombian November ore, steel shipments increase on-month
Colombia’s iron ore and steel exports rose on-month in November 2022, although only slightly. Shipments, however, were weaker on-year, Kallanish reports.
According to the latest data issued by local statistics institute Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Estadística (DANE), last November steel and iron ore exports amounted to 16,958 tonnes, up 2.6% compared to the previous month but 12% lower versus 19,273t in the corresponding period of 2021.
