Coking coal prices extend winning streak
Chinese and seaborne coking coal and coke prices have been gaining in recent days on continued supply restrictions in China. Domestic Chinese coke prices have been driven higher by tight supply and short-term demand as Chinese mills maximise output ahead of the ongoing pick-up in demand and further production restrictions coming over the winter, Kallanish notes.
