Cleveland-Cliffs raises sheet prices
Cleveland-Cliffs has announced a price increase on hot rolled, cold rolled, and coated sheet products for the spot market, Kallanish understands.
The company is adding $50/short ton set its base price for HRC to $850/st. The price adjustment goes into effect immediately on all new orders.
On 1 February, US sheet prices ranged from $775-800/st for HRC and $960-1,000/st for CRC.
All prices are ex-work, domestic mill.
