Cleveland-Cliffs idles Indiana Harbor blast furnace
Cleveland-Cliffs has announced the indefinite idling of its #4 blast furnace at its Indiana Harbor steelworks. The closure will remove 2.1 million short tons of flatrolled capacity from the US market by the time of its completion within the next two months.
