CIS crude steel output decreases further in July
CIS crude steel production continued to decrease in July, according to the latest worldsteel data monitored by Kallanish. Regional output amounted to 8.09 million tonnes, down by -5.8% year-on-year.
In January-July CIS crude steel production was down -4.3% on-year to 57mt.
However, output in July was more than the 7.94mt recorded in June.
