Chonggang to dissolve JVs with Posco
Chongqing Iron & Steel (Chonggang) will dissolve two autosheet joint ventures during its bankruptcy restructuring process, according to an announcement by its listed company. Chonggang was investing in two autosheet JVs with Posco but these are now being sacrificed to further the more urgent goal of reducing the company's debt burden, Kallanish notes.
