Chonggang considers adding EAF steelmaking capacity
Chongqing Iron & Steel, which is undergoing a restructuring, is considering upgrading its steelmaking capacity. It would do this by swapping more blast furnace capacity to electric arc furnaces, according to Li Yongxiang the general manager of Chonggang's listed company.
