Mergers between Chinese steelmakers require cautious approach
Following the expected consolidation of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Wugang) and Baosteel, pundits have suggested other mergers are likely. This includes Ma'anshan Iron and Steel (Magang) and Anshan Iron and Steel (Angang), according to one attendee of Davos, Chinese media report.
