Chinese steelmakers maintain blast furnaces in August
Chinese steelmakers including Sangang Minguang Steel, Jianlong Steel and Yancheng Lianxin Steel have released their maintenance plans for August, reducing iron production. In total, 12,400 tonnes/day of iron output is expected to be lost, Kallanish notes.
