Chinese steelmakers expand Middle East market sales
Two Chinese mills have recently made progress in the Middle East market with high-value added product sales. Chengde Jianlong Special Steel has been qualified to supply pipe to Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) this month. Baowu's Xinyu Iron & Steel meanwhile sold pre-treated shipbuilding plate to a shipyard in the region.
