Chinese special steel producers hike prices
Seven major Chinese special steel manufacturers have hiked their late February or March ex-work prices, mainly due to soaring raw materials prices, according to company announcements. Chinese special steelmakers are positive about the market in 2017 and hope to push up prices ahead of peak demand in the coming weeks, Kallanish notes.
