Chinese rod export prices decline in uncertainty

China's wire rod export prices slipped slightly this week. Although the offers were firm, some deals were booked at lower prices. Kallanish assesses 6.5mm diameter mesh-grade wire rod at $530-540/tonne fob China, down by $2.5/t from a week earlier.
