Chinese long steel offers diverge in late February
Eastern China's major construction long steel producers Shagang, Zenith and Yonggang, have announced diverging offer prices in late February. Shagang plans to keep prices steady but Yonggang and Zenith have sharply cut prices for long products, Kallanish notes.
