Chinese longs offers rebound in late October
Chinese construction long steelmakers Shagang, Zenith Iron & Steel, and Yonggang have all increased their longs offers for late October, ending more than a month of price stability. The producers have also increased their planned shipment volumes, Kallanish notes.
